Virginia Escandor worked as a nurse in New York City for thirty years and is a published author in both the United States and her home country, the Philippines. Now she has turned her attention to a new project that stems from her many years of nursing experience in a new murder mystery novel
A New York Collage. Starting with the murder of a nurse manager from the radiology department at St. Thomas More Hospital, it will be up to two detectives to solve the case. Escandor will be examining questions of the effects of revenge and how it impacts the lives of both the victim and the perpetrator’s friends and family in a setting that she is intimately familiar with.
